is provided to monitor Vacuum level in the Vacuum Chamber.<br \/>\n<strong>Oil Level Controller<\/strong> &#8211; consists of two capacitive probes provided to maintain required level of oil in the Vacuum Chamber.<br \/>\n<strong>24 kW Oil Heater<\/strong> has a two stage heating facility with 12 kW of power each.\u00a0 Low watt density heating elements (1.2 W\/cm2) are used to prevent heat degradation of oil.
