The commissioning included client personnel training.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The newly commissioned CMM-4 is built on a trailer; its purpose is to remove particulate matter, gas and moisture from transformer oil. It can also heat electrical equipment with hot transformer oil and evacuate transformers and other equipment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">While training new operators, the unit was thoroughly tested in all modes of operation:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>oil degassing;<\/li>\n<li>oil heating;<\/li>\n<li>vacuumizing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The unit performed in full compliance with its specifications in each mode.
