CMM-6RL Transformer oil regeneration machine
The GlobeCore CMM-6R Light is a regeneration unit built to purify transformer and cable oils by circulating them through Fuller’s earth sorbent columns. What makes it particularly efficient is the ability to reactivate the sorbent in place — no removal from the columns required — significantly reducing maintenance effort and consumable costs. A single sorbent charge supports approximately 300 reactivation cycles.
The unit can operate while connected directly to an energized transformer via the TSS system, minimizing downtime during servicing. An optional inhibitor injection device can also be installed to further enhance oil stability after regeneration.
The CMM-6R Light runs in two operating modes: oil regeneration and sorbent reactivation. All electrical functions are managed from a centralized control cabinet housing the switching, monitoring and measuring equipment, keeping operation straightforward and well-organized.
