CMM-10/15 Mobile oil plant
The GlobeCore CMM-10/15 is a high-capacity transformer oil processing unit and a more powerful evolution of the CMM-4/7. It handles up to 10 tons per hour in degassing mode and up to 15 tons per hour in heating and filtration mode, efficiently removing water, solid particles and dissolved gases to restore and enhance the oil’s dielectric strength.
Design
The unit is fully self-contained, with all components enclosed behind metal panels and gas-spring loaded doors on the sides and rear for easy access. A containerized version is available, mounted on a road-legal tandem axle trailer that can be towed directly to remote or field locations.
Internal components include a vacuum chamber, input and output oil pumps, coarse and fine filters, an oil trap, an oil heater, a pipeline and valve system, a vacuum pump section and a control cabinet — everything needed for a complete oil treatment workflow in a single, compact package.
Operating modes
In degassing mode, the unit removes dissolved gases and moisture under vacuum while simultaneously filtering and heating the oil — delivering the most thorough level of treatment. In heating and filtration mode, oil is warmed and passed through the filter stages without vacuum processing, suited to tasks where degassing is not required.
The CMM-10/15 is well suited for transformer manufacturers, power utilities and mobile service teams requiring reliable, high-throughput oil purification in both workshop and field conditions.
